How to sign up for our tournament

Please complete the online entry form below. You will be then be forwarded to Paypal following submission of the form to pay the registration fee; please include the name(s) of which team(s) you are registering. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that you have been registered after submitting the form.

Registration Fee:  10U through 16U – $550

2025 Kick-Off Classic Tournament Details

When: June 6th-8th, 2025 (10U, 12U, 14U, 16U) All age groups have been filled. Please reach out to be waitlisted.
Where: Memorial Park, Appleton
Cost: $550
Minimum Games: 4 (weather permitting) for 10U thru 16U. September 1st birthday/age cutoff.

At our tournament, you’ll also enjoy some of the best concessions around including the famous monkey tails. No carry-ins, please!

Withdrawal policy: If your team registers for the Kick-Off Classic and decides to withdraw, we will refund your registration fee as follows:
– More than one month prior to the start of the tournament — full refund
– 2 weeks to one month prior to the start of the tournament — 50% refund
– Less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the tournament — no refund

    Tournament Rules & Conditions
    • As coach of the above girl's softball team, I ask that you accept the above team into your tournament
    • The birth dates provided are correct and I agree to abide by the rules of the tournament
    • The above team has appropriate and adequate insurance and I release the South Appleton Rockers Softball Associations (SARSA) of any liability during/to or from this tournament
    • Roster changes are permitted up to 30 minutes before your team's first game
    • Coach must provide proof of age upon request. September 1st is the birth date cutoff
    • SARSA reserves the right to retain a fee of $50/team in the event the tournament is canceled due to weather
